Lakeshore Campus – Humber Student Welcome and Resource Centre
Planned for the southwest corner of Lake Shore Blvd. and Colonel Samuel Smith Park Drive, the Lakeshore Campus’s new Humber Student Welcome and Resource Centre is expected to be 45,000 square feet (4181 m2) and four storeys tall. The Humber Student Welcome and Resource Centre, which will be designed according to LEED Silver standards, will house a variety of student services, including Registration, Financial Aid, Peer Tutoring, Student Access, Counselling, the Health Centre and the Student Support Centre. The building will also feature an Interpretive Centre, highlighting the history of the Lakeshore Campus grounds and buildings. One level of underground parking will be available, as well as 10 surface spaces.
Construction on the Humber Student Welcome and Resource Centre is projected to be complete in 2016.
Lakeshore Campus – Humber Fitness Centre
The new 24,000-square-foot Humber Fitness Centre at the Lakeshore Campus will be built on the north side of Lake Shore Blvd, just east of Twenty-Fourth St. The three-storey facility, which will be designed according to LEED Silver standards, will provide cardio and weight equipment, group exercise studios, change rooms and showers, and washing/drying facilities for towels.
Construction on the new Humber Fitness Centre is projected to be complete by 2016.
Lakeshore Campus – Building G
The last of the historic cottages to be restored, Building G will house the college's Centre for Entrepreneurship. Featuring flexible meeting rooms and collaborative spaces, the building will be a facility that brings students, faculty and external partners together. The project includes an addition on to the west side of the building as well as a complete interior renovation. It is projected to be completed in 2016.
Lakeshore Campus – Humber Art Commons
Located at 3253 Lake Shore Blvd. West, the Art Commons is the new home of Humber’s Visual and Digital Arts and Art Foundation programs. Featuring four large multi-purpose studios on two floors, the space is flexible and designed to foster collaboration and experimentation, allowing students to conceptualize, create and exhibit their work within a single, multi-form space.
The ground-floor studios include 360-degree video cameras and large monitors to facilitate demonstrations and tutorials, while the second floor has a wet studio with a state-of-the-art ventilation system, enabling a wide range of materials to be safely handled. Students also have access to a new media space, incorporating studio backdrops, editing consoles, printing stations, and photo and video equipment.
The Commons highlights the work of students, faculty and other artists with a street-facing window gallery, as well as a transit-style gallery throughout the building’s interior walls.
Centre for Justice Leadership
The 18,000 sq. ft. Centre for Justice Leadership (6,700 sq. ft. of which was built using Knowledge Infrastucture Program funding) features six new specialized studios. The Crime Scene Simulation Studio is a 65-seat lecture theatre built around a one-bedroom apartment where students will learn how to collect evidence from crime scenes. In the Forensic Studio, students will learn evidence processing techniques. There are four Interviewing Rooms where students can practice counselling and interviewing skills. The Centre boasts state-of-the-art electronics. The centre also features a 180-degree interactive driving and conflict resolution simulator, allowing students to practice police pursuit driving and a variety of policing scenarios.
The centre supports programs in Police Foundations, Community & Justice Services, Child and Youth Worker, Social Services Worker, Developmental Services Worker and the Criminal Justice bachelor's degree program.

Humber Arts & Media Studio
Renovations commenced October 2009 to create a 46,000 sq. ft. space that will house School of Creative & Performing Arts programs, including Comedy Writing, Acting for Film and TV, Theatre Performance, as well as the School of Media Studies and Information Technology's Bachelor of Applied Arts, Film and Media Production.
The facility includes acting, dance, rehearsal, & film studios, technical labs, a lecture hall, faculty offices, student support services and a "black box" theatre.

Building L Replacement
The 40 year-old, two-storey structure that housed the Performing Arts programming was demolished and replaced with the Lakeshore Commons, a modern, multi-purpose building that features classrooms, labs, faculty offices, student project space, food services and state-of-the-art media studios.
