Frank Mee joined Humber College in 1991 after a 15 year career in land surveying and development. He gained career experience working for the City of Toronto, Department of Transportation (legal highway surveys), R.V. Anderson and Associates Consulting Engineers (engineering and construction surveys), and J.D. Barnes Ltd. Ontario Land Surveyors (subdivision and land design and development).

Frank holds a certificate in adult education from St. Clair College, Windsor, Ontario. His areas of expertise at Humber include electronic land surveying and global positioning systems (GPS), geographical information systems (GIS), computer-aided drafting and design (CADD) and highways design.
