A graduate of the University of Toronto in 1976 with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture, Professor Chang joined the faculty in 1989. After graduation he worked in private consulting in Toronto, Calgary and Ottawa, where he has been involved in a wide range of projects from private gardens, commercial landscapes, municipal and provincial parks planning and design, urban design, subdivision planning, and atrium design. After 13 years of consulting work, he joined Humber College and was appointed program coordinator the following year. In addition to coordinating the landscape and arboriculture programs, he teaches many of the construction and technical courses.
