
Hyder Khoja, P.Eng.
Professor Hyder Khoja has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and did his graduate studies at the University of Illinois, Chicago. Prof Khoja has worked in several industries as a professional engineer. He has been teaching at Humber College since September of 1981, where he has developed and taught a wide variety of courses in Electronics, Computer Engineering and Wireless departments. These include Analog and Digital Systems, R.F Design, Networking Technologies, Data and Broadband Communications and Fiber Optic Applications. Prof. Khoja has also designed, developed and delivered industrial seminars and training programs for employees at IBM, Nortel, Delphax Technologies, Allied Signal Aerospace, Electrosonic, and others, through the Business and Industry division of Humber College. His current interests include high-speed broadband networks and applications of SONET in packet-switching. He is currently teaching Electronics and Networking Fundamentals, Data Communiction, Broadband Communication, Wireless and Cellular Technologies.
