This program runs at the Centre for Trades and Technology at Carrier Drive in Toronto and also runs at Orangeville Campus at 695 Riddell Road in Orangeville.
Our program covers both the technical and business aspects of the home renovation industry. You will study all facets of house construction and basic building systems, including building codes. The school's labs provide plenty of opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience. You will also take courses dealing with the business skills that you need to succeed in the industry, include management, estimating, finances and communications. The program is offered in an accelerated format, enabling students to enter the workforce sooner by completing the equivalent of four semesters of study in three semesters.
