Interior Decorating Co-op

This two year Interior Decorating diploma program, located at our North campus, focuses on skills needed for an exciting career in the design of interior spaces.

The Interior Decorating program deals with the combination of critical thinking and technical skills that are needed to develop spaces for clients. Students that have a passion for drawing, colour, textiles and finishes are taught how to transform their talents into the tools used by professional decorators found in a vast number of design fields. Our goal is to teach students the art of space design and communication with clients, contractors and consultants.

Our on campus facilities which include the AutoCAD labs, lounge and sample room allow students to remain within a studio environment that is tailored to their unique needs. In addition, the college library contains a large section of reference and video material and the campus bookstore sells tools, supplies and textbooks which support this course.

Software & Technology

Our labs train students on the latest version of AutoCAD and in-depth technical knowledge such as drafting and other computer skills through the use of Microsoft Office.
