Phase 3: Building L Replacement

The 40 year-old, two-storey structure currently housing Performing Arts programming will be demolished and replaced with a new facility almost 4x the size of 100,000 square feet. This new multi-purpose building will accommodate an additional 2,200 FTE's and will include classrooms, labs, faculty offices, student project space, learning commons and a new media communications centre.
