Humber faculty are renowned for their innovative, student-centred approaches to teaching and learning. Now, Humber is establishing itself as a leader in the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) within the College and Polytechnic sector. At its heart, this initiative is about tracking the impact of pedagogical practices on student learning experiences. 

To empower faculty in this pursuit, the CTL offers a number of development opportunities and support, throughout the research process, with the CTL research team consulting with, assisting, and supporting faculty at every stage.
