This Board Room is a multi-purpose space, but is primarily used for larger meetings. Furniture for the room includes tables that can be used in multiple configurations including a boardroom style set-up, and comfortable, moveable, adjustable chairs. There is a large wall mounted touch screen, as well as speakers. The floor is soundproof to ensure there is no sound transfer to the focus group room below. This room is a multi-purpose space, but is primarily used for smaller meetings. Both a large screen and white board is mounted in the room. The room has a modular furniture - tables and chairs - that can be configured to provide seating for individuals in small groups.

Booking Confirmation

The Longo Centre for Entrepreneurship (Longo CFE) is dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs by providing entrepreneurship training and events for Humber students, graduates, faculty and staff.

The rooms in Longo CFE (G-building) are designated for entrepreneurial activities, training or encouragement of entrepreneurship with a primary mandate to support student-led entrepreneurial ventures.

The rooms are not to be used to co-locate college or other services, as additional academic classrooms or as administrative meeting places. Room availability is not guaranteed. Confirmation emails will be sent out on approval. The Longo CFE reserves the right to decline and/or cancel reservations.

Terms and Conditions

Students, alumni, faculty, administration, and community* may request meeting room space in the Longo CFE under the following conditions:

1. Community members and Alumni must contact the Central Events Office to book the G Commons (G101A/G101B) space. Please note, Longo CfE staff are not responsible for bookings related to the G Commons space.
2. Same day requests are not processed. Forms received after 4:00 pm, booking for the next business day, is considered a same day request.
3. Rooms can be requested up to two weeks in advance.
4. Rooms may be booked for up to three hours. Requests outside of the restriction will only be considered for the first three hours.
5. Rooms may not be booked on a consecutive or recurring basis.
6. Room bookings cannot exceed the seating capacity of the room.
7. Audio-visual equipment cannot be moved from the room. For all A/V issues contact IT at 416-675-6622 x8888.
8. Rooms must be left clean with no damage. Users agree to cover all damages and losses resulting from room use. Please advise the Longo CFE team of any pre-existing damages within the first 10 minutes of the reservation.
9. Room bookings will be relinquished after the first 15 minutes if unoccupied.
10. Booking privileges will be suspended for contravention of these conditions or for a no-show (15 minutes late).
