To retrieve your Admit-to-Class form, please visit srs.humber.ca, and you will be prompted to login with your student number and password. The first time you login to srs.humber.ca your password will be your date of birth in the following format YYYYMMDD.
An Admit-to-Class is a confirmation of the registration for the course in which you are enrolled. On your Admit-to-Class form, specific information such as the course number, course name, start and end dates, the last day to withdraw for a partial refund, as well as the location of your class will be detailed. Your Admit-to-Class form will also display your personal Humber (student) number, HCNet ID, and will act as your part-time student card to access the library and athletics facilities.
