This course is based upon The Ontario Building Code (OBC - 2006), which is comprised of two volumes.
Volume 1 contains the Building Code Act, as well as the regulations referred to as the Code.
Volume 2 contains the Appendices and the Supplementary Standards.
This course will allow the student to demonstrate an awareness of relationship between the act and the code as it relates to the requirements of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing’s Legal Examination program for designers.
