This course is aimed at providing an in-depth overview and understanding of the selling process and its key role in the sport business environment. As a key component of marketing, sales are extremely critical to a successful organization. The skills required are to sell, and to convince your target group or individual to purchase your product and services. In order to do this successfully, students must have an understanding of marketing concepts and sales techniques. Material to be covered includes communication strategies, sales methodologies and customer relationship management.
