Course Description

This course will provide the paralegal student with an understanding of the substantive rules drawn from the Residential Tenancies Act as explained by Guidelines and Pamphlets produced by the Landlord and Tenant Board. It will also deal with enforcement of this substantive law through Notices and Applications to the Board. The student will learn how to complete the myriad of forms relating to the enforcement of rights and obligations belonging, respectively, to the tenant and the landlord.
