Course Description
This course provides online instruction in Microsoft Office 2007. The software starts with an introduction to Office 2007 Fundamentals and continues with Word, PowerPoint and Excel. The software will be accessed through the website, MyITLAB. All weekly assignments will be delivered online. The tests will also be delivered online, but must be completed in the assignment classroom time. Tutorial assistance for all weekly lessons and assignments will be available in the lab time that is assigned to each student. Video and audio assistance is provided to student through MyITLab when doing the training exercises and, the student can access them as many times as required. A Blackboard site is used for this course, which includes weekly lesson plans highlighting the learning objectives of that week and, explaining some of the more difficult areas of the week. All communications will be done through Blackboard site, students are strongly recommended to check the site regularly for email and information.
