Course Description
This course will help students better understand their role as well as the important roles that all members play in contributing to the success of a spa. Customer profiles based upon demographics and lifestyles will be explored in order to highlight the importance of knowing and responding appropriately to your customer's buying behaviors. Customer service skills and action plans to provide exemplary service and product knowledge are studied and practiced in group exercises and assignments. Emphasis is placed on professionalism, listening, communication and presentation skills. Each student will critically and carefully examine their strengths and prepare for their career search and employment opportunities. Effective sales techniques and a professional presentation are paramount to achieving success within the spa industry
