Course Description
The goal of the course is to apply concepts the students have learned from the various functional areas of business to the process of starting and managing a small business. The course will serve as a capstone for the Spa Management program by requiring students to participate in the creation of a business plan for a new venture.The course will provide the opportunity for students to expand their skills in creative problem solving, opportunity analysis and setting targets.
