Course Description

Students examine the ethical and evaluative issues in business and professional activities. They explore the role of ethics in a variety of different business functions. Topics include the nature of values and ethical systems, duties and rights, private and public good, the consumer movement, social marketing, corporate governance, corporate social accounting, private rights, and professional ethics and responsibilities.
