A business is a business regardless of what it is offering to the public. This course examines business aspects specific to the bereavement sector, including organizational structures and types of ownership; basic bookkeeping; and common practices which are part of maintaining a business. The course also involves an in-depth study of the five pieces of provincial legislation regulating and or or affecting the industry.
