In this course, students use their knowledge and skills to provide massage therapy to the public in the Massage Therapy Teaching and Learning Clinic. Students will act as student massage therapists (SMTs) under the supervision of clinic instructors. The internship focus is on developing evidence-informed treatment plans and prescribing home care and self-care.
