Course Description
This course covers many of the fundamental concepts in engineering mechanics. These include Vectors, Newton's three laws, principle of transmissibility, Newton's law of gravitation, conservation of energy, and fluid mechanics. The use of mathematical principles including; scientific notation, significant figures, units and measuring systems will also be covered. Essential mathematic concepts such as trigonometric identities, similar triangles, solving algebraic equations and quadratic formula will be reviewed.
