Engineering Drafting and Sketching

Course Description

A basic course in the principles of engineering drafting, sketching and drawing procedures. Students will become familiar with drawing office standard practices. Students will be able to read, understand, use and produce drawings for use in the civil engineering industry. Basic projections, elevations, sections, isometrics, perspectives, and details will be covered. Students will learn to prepare engineering sketches, including field sketches.
