This course is a continuation of CIVL 101 Surveying 1, and will expand on procedures and techniques used in plane surveying. Students will be taught theory and perform practical field exercises for spot elevation levelling, traverse closures, digital terrain modelling, field layout and use of electronic theodolite and distance meters. In addition, students will also perform calculations and drafting related to the above topics.
