This course builds on the fundamentals of communications laid down in COMM 215. Students will investigate the literature of humour and satire. Students will read and analyze humour, theory stories, and poetry to determine the strategies of literary humour. They will write essays and may be asked to write one story while maintaining competent grammar and style.
