Community and Population Health Nursing focuses on the role of the nurse in community using the population health framework. It addresses principles of community assessment and development, program planning, and other strategies that are supported through a population health perspective, with a particular emphasis on vulnerable populations the determinants of health. Prerequisite: NURS 2063 or Co-requisite: NURS 3066 .
