This course is designed to provide a systematic framework for identifying, designing, and ultimately managing a value-added organizational compensation system. Students will examine the formulation of a reward and compensation strategy. They will be provided with opportunities to investigate methods for determining compensation approaches and values. Topics include: designing performance and indirect pay; and implementing, managing, evaluating, and adapting the organization compensation system. The focus will be on applying compensation strategies.
