This course builds on the fundamentals of financial accounting learned in BACC 150 and then provides the student with experience in maintaining computerized accounting records, using the Simply Accounting software program, a package designed for small businesses. The student will process transactions in the appropriate software accounting module and prepare computerized financial statements. The focus of this course is on the general ledger (G/L), accounts receivable (A/R), accounts payable (A/P) modules, setting up of a company and processing transactions for that company.
