Contract Management and Administration introduces the student to the procedures and requirements of the Owner, Prime Consultant and General Contractor with respect to various other parties in the Construction Industry. This course will set forth the standards required in the preparation of specification and contractual agreements for the supply and installation of services, materials and products. This course will take the student beyond the concepts previously introduced in the Architectural Technology program. The course is designed for those students considering being involved in construction administration, which includes Architectural Technologists; Contract Administrators; Property Managers; Specification Consultants; Building Authorities and Bonding and Insurance Agencies.
