Students in this course will analyze specific elements of selected criminal code offences. These include offences against the person, property and public order. Students will research case law and learn to apply it towards developing critical analysis capabilities and to assess the impact of court decisions on criminal offences; enforcement; security guard behaviour and use case law to argue and defend decisions.
