Course Description

The course provides the student with the opportunity to work in an operating kitchen restaurant. The student will experience classical and contemporary methods of cooking and presentation styles. The advanced course will build on the knowledge learned in the basic courses. It will also give the student an opportunity to create special menu items with the assistance of the instructors.
