Digital Design

This course introduces students to one of the most prominent digital graphic programs in the Creative Suite in a Mac environment -- Adobe Illustrator. This course introduces design theories and applie them in a digital environment. In combination with Photography + Video 2, where Adobe Photoshop is taught, Digital Design gives students the basic tools needed for drawing, layout, and manipulating images for use in printed and digital media. Students learn the capabilities of each program, how one complements the other, and what each program is best suited for.
