This course introduces students to the principles of editing single-camera projects. Students are introduced to the AVID editing program and complete a series of learning exercises to understand both the software as well as fundamental editing techniques. Students have the opportunity to edit footage provided by the instructor as well as footage produced in the BRTV 110 Camera or Lighting course. This course is taught in a MAC computer lab and requires the purchase of a 2Tb (minimum requirement) external hard drive.
