Course Description

The relationship between the Early childhood educator and families is crucial in supporting children. A deep understanding of the impact of the diversity of family culture, values and beliefs enables the early childhood professional to develop strong partnerships. Working with families through the development of skills in communication, collaboration and understanding of family-centred practice will be emphasized.
