Course Description

The use of reflective practice guides the early childhood educator in an on-going approach to personal and professional development. Theoretical frameworks, constructive feedback, self-advocacy and self-assessment are employed to understand and facilitate growth. Development is documented and supported through the preparation of a professional portfolio.
