Economic Analysis of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Systems

This course introduces students to the concepts of economic analysis as they relate to the field of energy efficiency and renewable energy sources. It is critical students become familiar with the economic analysis of the energy efficiency and renewable energy (EE/RE) projects as this is how all projects will be evaluated for funding and investment opportunities. As such, the student is expected to understand the terms and calculations used so that they can interpret results of various opportunities and present them to a financially minded audience.
