Editorial Design 2

Close attention to typographic, grid structure and imagery details in this course enables students to cohesively apply their accumulated skills to create finished printed and motion-based editorial pieces suitable for their portfolio. Grid skills will be further developed through applied practice of creating a new magazine design and tablet version of the magazine design. Researching existing magazines and roots of magazine art direction gives the student an insight into the influences and energy of this fast-paced industry.
