This course is designed to introduce the student to the fundamental electrical principles in relation to series, parallel and combination resistive circuits. Classic circuit theorems are used to calculate current, voltage, and power in resistive circuits. This knowledge is then applied to wire-size calculations and voltage-drop calculations in two and three wire, single-phase distribution circuits.
