Emerging Trends in Canadian Cuisine

At the end of this course, students are able to apply skills with practical insights into the factors which influence Canadian cuisine. Students are exposed to ingredients and recipes representative of the distinct regions of Canada. Students prepare and present contemporary Canadian dishes incorporating current styling concepts.
