This course will introduce the students to the laws affecting employment in Ontario, including Employment Standards, Occupational Health and Safety, Human Rights, Labour Relations and Workers? Compensation. It is designed to familiarize students with the legal issues relating to the employee-employer relationship and how laws attempt to resolve conflicts in that relationship.
