Energy Auditing

This course formalizes the students' understanding of the goals and procedures of energy audits in residential and other small buildings. Course content includes government programs and certifications that require audits; the purpose theory, practice and outcomes of an energy audit; and completion and recommendations of a real audit. Content conforms to federal or provincial requirements that allow students to apply for the appropriate auditor certification.
