Course Description
This course describes the social process of fashion acceptance and diffusion. Students learn to apply the principles of fashion and the theories of fashion adoption as they relate to the forecasting of trends. Students will study Fashion History through an in-depth 20th century decade review of political, socio-economic and fashion trends. Students develop skills in accurate qualitative and quantitative fashion reporting which are demonstrated through the production of storyboards and trend reports.
