Location Lighting

Course Description

For most photographic disciplines, whether editorial, portrait, location or commercial studio the electronic flash is considered the fundamental lighting tool. This course is designed to introduce the students to the portable and studio electronic flash. Assignments will require the students to apply principles and practices taught in this course. Also included in this course will be the history and development of flash in photography from flash powder to the studio strobe. A professional level flash unit is required for this course.
