Course Description

A few special donors give thousands of dollars - sometimes millions! Learn how to attract major gifts and deferred gifts from donors. Discover how to build endowment funds to allow non-profit organizations to achieve long-term financial security and sustainability. Explore the strategies of donor cultivation, solicitation and recognition. Examine the trends in planned and deferred giving, types of gifts, marketing and management of the program. Understand how to integrate planned giving into a resource development program.
