Course Description
Discover how specialized fundraising database software is used in many non-profit organizations to support their fundraising activities and needs by tracking donors, donations, interests, contacts and relationships. The focus will be the management of information as a fundraising organization resource. Students will understand how software applications for data organization and management, reporting and research can impact and enhance the functions performed by fundraising executives in a resource development setting. You will be able to assess computer needs and develop a plan for achieving a computerized organization. New trends affecting organizations will be introduced.
