This course is an introduction to agile project management as used in the game industry. Scrum will be the main methodology used in the course. Students will gain an understanding of managing game projects by planning and prototyping their own capstone projects. The essential documents in a game project will be produced as part of the process of planning and prototyping the capstone project. Students will work in conjunction with a 3D artist to specify the art required for their games and to incorporate the art into their prototype. The course will culminate with a final presentation of the prototype of the final project.
