Critical Thinking

Course Description

Critical Thinking is designed to help students develop and refine their ability to think: to isolate or eliminate the extraneous in order to focus on the relevant information needed to support reasonable conclusions. To this end, this course focuses on the basic theoretical principles of inductive and deductive reasoning and examines their applications to the practical tasks of analyzing, evaluating, producing and presenting arguments.
