This course is focused on developing the student's ability to deliver service excellence — a term used to describe the levels of service that customers seek to receive from an operator in any one of the many tourism and recreation industries. This course defines service, and provides students the opportunity to develop service excellence strategies and skills that they will be able to use in their future careers.
