In this course the students integrate elements of design using multiple design methods to address increasingly complex design challenges. They apply effective research techniques to generate creative solutions throughout the design development process. Students examine, analyze and practice Canadian product development in a world context. Emphasis are given to producing feasible design concepts that effectively employ materials and manufacturing processes.
