Introduction to Beer, Wine and Beverages

In this practical course, students learn about wine , beer and other beverages and will examine its place in the special event industry. The pairing of food with beverages and its relationship with gastronomy is part of each module. Students will have the opportunity to complete the internationally recognized WSET Level One Wine Certifications.
