Course Description
Shaping Operations is a practical course that concentrates on the portable router, overhead router, inverted pin router and shaper. Particular attention will be given to the set-up and safe operation of these machines. Topics include cutting tool selection and theory, spindle speeds, and basic machine maintenance.
