This course is designed to help Emergency Telecommunications students develop skills necessary to document incidents and prepare reports. Students will learn how to distinguish between critical and extraneous information, to recognize various forms of documentation, to present information in clear, concise, accurate, factual, and unbiased language and to write reports that conform to the minimum standards of English grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style.
